Testimonials

East Coast Screw Piers was an integral partner involved in a recently completed coastal boardwalk project delivered by Eire Constructions. With Ease of access to the knowledge and support of the structural engineer, excellent product knowledge and the positive approach to site visits with ongoing problem solving support made East Coast Screw Piers a main factor in completing the project on time, within budget and structurally sound. The materials offered provided a strong and permanent foundation to a structure facing harsh environmental factors combined with the maneuverability and ease of use of the products on steep and difficult site conditions solved a major structural and construction issue for the project. East Coast Screw Piers went above and beyond expectations and the knowledge within the team assisted with all aspects of the project.

Site Supervisor, Eire Constructions Representative

We strongly recommend David Pipes and East Coast Screw Piers following work we had done on our brick garage at our Port Macquarie residence. We noticed movement of our garage wall. David attended immediately and formed a solution on how to support the garage using screw piers and provided a quote. The repairs were organised quickly and completed earlier than expected, and did not exceed the quoted price. The garage was supported using 11 screw piers with a depth up to 7meters and David supplied a Structural Engineers Certificate on completion of the work. We found David Pipes of East Coast Screw Piers to be knowledgeable and honest with us.

East Coast Screw Piers have been suppling and installing their screw piers under a vast range of homes for Pregard Pty Ltd in all sorts of terrain for over 20 years.

The services provided by East Coast Screw Piers has been professional and reliable on every occasion.

In 2004 we engaged this company to provide structural support for an elevated swimming pool we had built at 7a Waniora Parkway, This pool has an infinity flow over edge, meaning the pool had to have 100% stability to ensure no movement hence maintaining a level flow over edge. We placed two piers under each reinforced concrete column to obtain desired support.

I would not hesitate in recommending East Coast Screw Piers.
