East Coast Screw Piers can give you a free quote on underpinning your property to the design specification that our engineer has given you.

We can complete the job screwing galvanised steel piles to an average of 4m deep and securely jack up under the footing.

East Coast Screw Piers can issue you with an Engineer’s Certificate confirming the job is done to specification.

If you ever sell the house, this certification will put at ease any building pre-purchase inspection.
